Yep, this episode is one of those times Mikey screwed up the audio. Screwed up so bad that the original audio failed. Sorta thankfully there is a backup. Sorta because it does not sound too great. But at least it’s there. Just wanted to give you a heads up before you go changing your settings and things.
Anyway, we have already started our campaign to watch the dates on Sierra Nevada’s “Celebration” Ale; how many batches are there during the course of the Holiday Season? This year we intend to find out.
Plus we get updates from Chew and Paul, talk about how new taprooms builds might already be changing and wonder what happened to one of the hosts.
How long do you let an open beer sit in the fridge before you throw it out? Would you still drink it the next day? Two days? Dump it out after an hour? What?
